Brief Descriptions of Machineries
Mixer
This is a Japan-made ribbon mixer used for stirring mushroom cultivation medium, available in various sizes to suit different cultivation scales. It features an automatic door unit that can be synchronized with the bagging machine and chain conveyor to control the opening and closing of the discharge port. Additionally, it is equipped with an optional water spraying system that ensures uniform moisture distribution, with accurate flow management. With regular maintenance and replacement of consumables, this product can be used for an extended period without malfunction
Conveyor
This is a Japan-made conveyor that is easy to clean and comes with casters. There are wide conveyors with large conveying capacity and also models entirely made of stainless steel. We can customize the specifications to suit your cultivation scale and facility layout, so please feel free to contact us.
Bagging machine
This is a Japan-made fully automatic bagging machine for mushroom cultivation, capable of process 600 units per hour. It can be integrated with mixers and conveyors to automatically supply substrate. We offer products with higher processing capacities or more affordable options depending on your needs and budgets, so please feel free to contact us.
Bag folding machine
This fully automatic machine folds the bags that have been filled by the bagging machine and then places them into the container for transportation. With a processing capacity of 600 bags per hour, it reduces the need for two operators to just one. By also installing a shelving machine, the substrate can also be automatically loaded onto sterilization carts.
Shelving machine
This machine automatically loads containers filled with bags onto sterilization carts. There will be an alarm when the cart is fully loaded, signaling that it is time to replace it with an empty sterilization cart.
Autoclave
This machine is used for high-pressure sterilization of bagged medium at approximately 121℃, and it is a custom-made machine sized according to the cultivation scale. A steam boiler is required to operate this machine. We offer both affordable Chinese models and reliable Japan-made models.
Sterilization cart
This cart is used for sterilizing medium and is a custom-made product sized to fit the autoclave. We offer both stainless steel models and iron models coated with heat-resistant paint. We provide both affordable Chinese models and reliable Japan-made options.
Cleanroom Equipment
In the cleanroom, sterilized medium is cooled, and mushroom spawns are inoculated in a clean environment, which helps reduce contamination rates. The equipment used in the cleanroom includes the following:
• Filters
• Outside air intake unit
• Air dampers
• Freezer
• Sterilization lamps
• Clean booth
Shelf removal machine
This machine automatically transfers containers with sterilized medium from the sterilization cart to the inoculation line.
Inoculation machine
This machine inoculated the sterilized medium with mushroom spawns and seals the top of the bag. Once the medium is placed onto the inoculation line, the machine automatically inoculated and seals the bag before transporting it out of the cleanroom. The inoculating machine is available for bottle spawn, grain spawn, and liquid spawn , and we handle all types.
Cultivation room
This is the room where the inoculated medium is cultured, with control over temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, humidity, and other factors. The cultivation period depends on the type of mushroom but typically ranges from 30 to 120 days. The necessary equipment includes:
• Air-conditioner
• Heat exchanger
• Ventilation fan (to bring in outside air)
• Circulation fan (for internal air circulation in the cultivation room)
• Cultivation shelves
• Sprinkler system
Growing room
This is the room where mushrooms are harvested after the cultivation period. Temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, humidity, and other factors are controlled here. The necessary equipment includes:
• Air conditioner
• Ventilation fan (to bring in outside air)
• Circulation fan (for internal air circulation in the growing room)
• Growing shelves
